Antiqued Silvertone Vintage Amber Locket Necklace

This necklace has some gorgeous huge vintage amber faceted crystals and a beautiful shabby chic oval locket with amber set in stone and rhinestones.  The shabbiness of it shows that the locket was dearly loved in its past life and makes me wonder who owned it?  Was it a gift from a loved one, long ago?  Love these shabby saved pieces such as this locket and I personally feel the missing pieces add a mystique to the piece.

Jewelry For Sale Holidays 2011 & a Thank You

Wow!  Thank you to all of my loyal followers for hanging in there while I was away doing some local large events in September and now recently the traveling "Trunk Shows".  I always love the local events as I get to interface with you my followers and customers, but this year having two large events back to back about cleaned me out.  

I had to keep my nose to the grindstone (a family farm saying I grew up with), and create, create some more and continue to create to fill the needs of the Trunk Shows I was committed to do in November.  These traveling events were indeed a privilege to be featured at and I so appreciated it.  So a big thank you to Beth and John from Antiques Downtown in Elk River, MN and Mary of Marishka's in St. Cloud, MN for allowing me to set up within your shops.  My jewelry will continue to be for sale at Marishka's in Central Minnesota, so be sure to stop in to this lovely shop during your shopping jaunts.  It's a wonderful boutique style, warm and cozy shop.

Now, onto the job at hand...  Listing some jewelry for sale for my loyal customers that have been begging me for months to get some new items offered up.  Just in time for the Holidays too!

Shop Update:

Thank you to all of my blog shopping customers for your past patronage and your patience waiting for me to list new items for you to view and/or purchase.  I am currently spending my time preparing for income taxes, which I am scheduled to have done next Thursday. 

After that I plan to list new items on my SHOP tab (see the top of my blog page, right above each of the new blog post I write), which you can click on and it will open you to a new page filled with jewelry to purchase.  Currently there are some items still for sale in the SHOP tab, but I haven't had time to update that tab lately.  I do have a lot of items I can add for your purchasing, but need the time to do so.

I also will be adding a SHOP SALE page for items that I've had in inventory for a bit longer than I'd like and plan to discount them online for your shopping options.

Many of you that follow my blog are aware that I am just coming down from a Trunk Show held last Saturday. It was a wonderful event! I met a lot of great new customers, and of course always enjoy my loyal customers that make it to an event I show at as well.

However, I still have some great jewelry to offer for sale, and have listed it here on my blog for those of you out of staters that have been asking me to do so.

I had a wonderful display area to set up my vintage style props and vendor space.

As you can see I am a lover of chippy, peeling painted props.

I created all of my vintage framed displays using picture frames with burlap.

A few of my favorite jewelry pieces I created for this trunk show.  The "Believers Necklace" sold for $139 at the event, but the Eiffel Paris pieces is $89 and the Sterling Silver Religious Jesus Medal is $59 and are both for sale on my SHOP tab page of items available.

So much fun to create!

7 1/2" bracelet is created from links of vintage glass baroque pearl beads, and 3 lovely charms.  A goldtone charm that read "I Love You", a bird, and a gold charm with a layered mother of pearl element and a vintage gold crown on the top.

This Junk Girl Necklace is 28" on a silvertone ball chain.  The 2 1/2" x 1 3/4"  flattened spoon with hand stamped JUNK GIRL and silverplate crown charm as well as the cutest vintage metal cracker jack blue/silver alarm clock charm is sure to please anyone that loves Junk.  The ball chain can easily be shortened with a snip of a scissor between the ball links if you'd like a shorter length.  Very fun and one-of-a-kind design.

The 19" necklace length is made from chunky silver grey detailed chain with a large spring clasp closure.  The unique focal is a a hand with wire-wrapped wire connecting it to a vintage optical lense.  The lense may be used to magnify.  This necklace is definitely a conversation starter.

Castle Necklace

This is a very unique piece of jewelry.  All elements in it are vintage and make this a fun piece.  The 15 1/2" length of chain and pearls are made up of chain, faux vintage pearls and fluted gold vintage beads.  It is connected to a beautiful 1" round focal.  The mother of pearl back ground is hand cut and has been layered with the most beautiful vintage castle antiqued gold button.  One of a kind!

Vintage Rhinestone Butterfly Necklace

Please note that this butterfly rhinestone focal is truly an "as is" time worn feel piece, as the look this piece is created to have reflects the vintage feel of this necklace with missing rhinestones.  Do not buy it if this is an issue for you.  It purposely was created to be authentic.

The goldtone chain is a great vintage heavy chain which has vintage faux glass ivory pearls added into it.  The length is 18" with an additional 2 1/2" extension chain which is shown in the photo below.

This is the 2 1/2" extension chain portion of the butterfly necklace.  It is accented with a vintage faux glass pearl and a vintage rhinestone drop.

16" necklace length is made from chunky silver grey detailed chain with accents of antiqued coppertone double chain near the focal to accent the patina on the hardware.  The crucifix and hardware both are patinaed and accent one another and create a beautiful vintage look.  The focal is accented with a touch of palest blue silk ribbon.

Large gorgeous filigree goldtone vintage beads compromise this 16" necklace and than an additional 2" chain is added as an extension.  It is then attached  to  a vintage 1 3/4" white porcelain pocket watch face and an antiqued gold flying sparrow bird.  The beads on this piece are incredible.

Eiffel Tower Necklace

This chunky goldtone chain is really quite beautiful and accents the focal perfectly.  The eiffel tower image is again a vintage pocket watch glass piece that has the Eiffel Tower image encased underneath it.  It's been set into a beautiful large coat button and looks as though it was made for it.  The focal is 1 5/8" round with a 18" chunky gold chain with a heavy duty clasp.  Very fun piece that can be layered, dressed up or worn with jeans.
