One can already feel that the season change from Summer into Autumn is already taking place here in Minnesota. Last week-end, as we drove up north to our cabin you could already see the Masters painted touch on the tops of the tree lines. They are currently shades of greens and I await to see the changes that this week-end will bring as well. It is a time for bringing in the warmth of blacks, oranges, browns, tans, and adding natural aspects to our home decor. You will see this theme running through the store, but yet you will find one of a kind treasures abound.

Lots of black painted furniture is available at great prices.

Ivory painted pieces are still very popular and unique pieces are incorporated in as well.


Love the hops that Robyn contributed to the shops look of Autumn.

They truly are a wonderful addition displayed in the various wicker baskets.

Junk abounds! Disk spacers are a great re purposing of junk from the farm and can elevate different items for display as well as be used for candle holders on your mantle. Nice warm industrial look created with these. Get them here at the French Flea, if they're sold out call me after the sale at (763)427-6211 or stop on by at my booth at Junk Bonanza next week to purchase these disk spacers. A limited amount were brought in for the September sale, and the rest will be available at Junk Bonanza.

Mimi-Toria's Jewelry

I have been recreating vintage redesigned jewelry for the French Flea since its opening and each item is a one-of-a-kind design. This display is of fashion rings created using vintage jewelry and found elements.

National brand cash register tag jewelry. Unbelievable the amount of time each one of these tags represents. Hard to find cash registers, hard to harvest the tags, and a lot of hours to get them use able to redesign with. Buy them while available, as I won't be recreating with these ever again. This is a one time deal.

Lots of fun and funky junked up style jewelry to go with the junking trend and recycling movement. Most of my jewelry design is green, and my motto of reduce, reuse, and recycle applies to these items as well.

More vintage style necklaces recreated to give the elements a new lease on life.
