A vintage white strand of faux pearls is created to be reversible.  The connecting heart shaped freshwater pearl and heart shaped key hole drop gives this necklace two completely different looks.  Vintage porcelain pocket watch face w/sparrow on one side and the layered vintage buttons on the other.
